Together we will explore your core element, discover what may be missing and gain practical awareness of how to support your balance in everyday life.

This retreat is designed for those who feel overstimulated, disconnected from their body, or in need of quiet clarity and who are ready to return to a more grounded way of being.

1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants attending the wellness retreat (“Retreat”) organised by Lyndsey Dalton-Barnes (“Organiser”). By booking and attending the Retreat, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility & Health Responsibility

  • Participants must be aged 18 or over unless agreed in writing by the Organiser.

  • The Retreat includes activities such as crystal sound bathing, cold water immersion, breathwork, movement, and shared meals, which may not be suitable for everyone.

  • You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate and have consulted a medical professional if you have any concerns.

  • You must inform the Organiser in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, allergies, dietary requirements, or medications that could affect participation.

  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse participation in any activity where there are safety concerns.

3. Cold Water Immersion Safety

  • Cold water exposure carries risks including shock, dizziness, hypothermia, fainting, and heart complications.

  • Participation is voluntary, and you may opt out at any time.

  • You agree to follow all safety instructions and supervision guidance provided.

  • The Organiser is not responsible for adverse reactions where instructions are ignored or relevant health information was not disclosed.

4. Sound Bath & Wellness Activities Disclaimer

  • Crystal sound baths and other holistic practices are complementary wellbeing experiences and not medical treatments.

  • No medical diagnosis, therapy, or cure is offered or implied.

  • Individual experiences may vary.

5. Food & Allergies

  • Meals and refreshments are provided as part of the Retreat.

  • While care is taken to accommodate dietary needs, food may be prepared in shared kitchen environments, and the Organiser cannot guarantee absence of allergens.

  • You remain responsible for managing your own dietary restrictions and bringing any necessary medication (e.g., EpiPen).

6. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your place.

  • Full payment must be received by [23/03/2026].

  • Failure to pay in full may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than [14] days before the Retreat start date may receive a refund minus the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within [2] days of the Retreat are non-refundable.

  • If the Retreat is cancelled by the Organiser, you will receive a full refund of payments made, excluding any travel or personal expenses.

8. Liability Waiver

  • Participation in Retreat activities is at your own risk.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, the Organiser is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by proven negligence.

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings and travel insurance.

9. Behaviour & Conduct

  • Participants are expected to behave with respect toward others, staff, and the venue.

  • The Organiser may remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate without refund.

10. Photography & Media

  • Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.

  • You may opt out by notifying the Organiser in writing before the Retreat begins.

11. Force Majeure

  • The Organiser is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, illness, venue closure, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Agreement
By booking the Retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
